1. A free and open internet for global inclusive growth
This panel aims to explore challenges in connecting the unconnected and making them part of the global information society. For the internet to become truly global, open and secure, we need to ensure broader access to robust, neutral and open connectivity – at price levels that remain within reach for the broader public.Access to information and knowledge means the empowerment of individuals to lift themselves out of poverty.
This panel will debate how civil society, governments, companies and the international development sphere can work together to create efficient markets that deliver free, open and cheap connectivity to those who need it the most? and so many questions is this regard were answered in this session .

2. Secure and open communications: building political, economic and technical capacity
As low- and middle-income countries gain high-speed connectivity to the internet at an accelerating pace, individuals and businesses in these countries will face increasing challenges in building stable, open and secure infrastructures, software and systems.For the internet to remain global and open, it is imperative that countries currently lacking capacity to adequately deal with common security issues adopt a growth and freedom-oriented, participative, bottom-up perspective on security that has human rights at its core.

3. Accelerating innovation in ICTs for transformative growth
ICTs are the most important drivers of innovation and competitiveness in societies and businesses. Products, services, government and politics are being disrupted, transformed and made more efficient by innovation and entrepreneurship in ICTs.The development of cloud computing and continuously improving access to robust and open high speed connectivity is quickly reducing the capital investment needed to create and distribute profitable solutions to local or global problems.
This panel will debate issues such as:What benefits can free and open source software, with its lower initial cost and inherent community aspects, bring in encouraging the creation of local capacity in technology, and should international development policy makers actively promote its use?

1.اینترنتی آزاد در جهت رشد جهانی
هدف از این قسمت جلسه بررسی چالش ها در جهت برقراری ارتباط برای کسانی است که از آن بهره نمی برند و تلاش برای شرکت دادن آنها در جامعه اطلاعات جهانی می باشد. برای داشتن اینترنتی جهانی، آزاد و مطمئن ما نیازمند این هستیم که از دسترسی گسترده تر به اتصالات قوی، بی طرف و آزاد با قیمتی مناسب برای همگان اطمینان حاصل کنیم. دسترسی به اطلاعات و دانش روز باعث پیشرفت افراد جامعه و رهایی آنها از فقر می شود.
نکته بعدی مورد بحث این بود که ، چگونه جامعه مدنی، دولت ها ، شرکت ها و حوزه ی توسعه بین المللی می توانند با همکاری با یکدیگر امکان دسترسی به اینترنتی آزاد ، باز و ارزان را فراهم کنند؟

2.ارتباطات آزاد و مطمئن : ایجاد ظرفیت های سیاسی، اقتصادی و فنی
این گروه معتقدند که همزمان با دسترسی کشورهای کم درآمد و یا با درآمد متوسط به اینترنت با سرعت بالا چالش های این کشورها برای تولید نرم افزارها و ساختار هایی مطمئن و پایدار نیز رو به رشد می باشد. برای بقای آزادی و امنیت اینترنت ضروری است که کشورهایی که در حال حاضر فاقد ظرفیت کافی برای مقابله با مسائل امنیتی هستند تصمیمات مهمی در زمینه توسعه برقراری امنیت و رعایت حقوق بشر اتخاذ کنند.

3.تسریع نوآوری در فناوری اطلاعات
بنا به نظر این گروه شرکت های فن آوری اطلاعات از بزرگترین فعالان در زمینه ی نوآوری و رقابت در جوامع می باشند. محصولات، خدمات، دولت ها و سیاست همگی تحت تاثیر مستقیم نوآوری و کارآفرینی شرکت های فن آوری اطلاعات می باشند. دسترسی به اینترنت پر سرعت باعث به وجو آمدن نیاز به سرماه گذاری های بزرگ برای تامین امنیت و حل مشکلات محلی و جهانی شده است. یکی دیگر از مباحث این گروه بررسی این موضوع است که دسترسی به نرم افزار های مطمئن و آزاد با هزینه ابتدایی پایین تا چه حد می تواند برای ایجاد ظرفیت های محلی در تکنولوژی مفید باشد و آیا ترویج استفاده از آنها توسط سیاست گذاران توسعه بین المللی کار درستی است؟

4. تبدیل توسعه بین المللی از طریق شرکت های فن آوری اطلاعات
این گروه به بررسی تاثیر تکنولوژی های جدید بر توسعه بین الملل می پردازند. فن آوری اطلاعات مفهوم توسعه بسن المللی را به کلی متغیر کرده است. جمعیت قابل توجهی از ساکنان کشورهای کم درآمد و یا با درآمد متوسط به تلفن دسترسی دارند و پیشرفت توانایی ارگان ها برای جمع آوری، ذخیره سازی و تحلیل داده ها باعث به وجود آمدن دیدگاه های جدید شده است. از دیگر موضوعات مورد بحث این گروه این بود که با استفاده از چه روشی می توان به پتانسیل درونی کامل فن آوری اطلاعات دسترسی داشت تا بتوان بیشترین بهره برداری را از آن کرد؟

آزادی اینترنت برای پیشرفت جهانی- آیا پیشرفتی داشته است؟
اینترنت باز همانند یک کاتالیزور برای توسعه چند وجهی عمل می کند. اما با توجه به مناظرات جهانی در این مورد، چگونه می توان در این زمینه برای توسعه زمینه سازی کرد و یا نقش قانون گذاران در دولت ها و ارگان های بین المللی در این زمینه چیست؟ پیغام مهمی که از این تالار گفتگو در استکهلم دریافت کردید چه بود؟ و آیا این پیغام ارزشمند بود؟
