#CTSIV Report is out! Thanks OpenITP!
The 4th Circumvention Tech Summit report has been published. CTS IV which was being held by OpenITP, took place in Berlin on September 29 to October 1, 3013. The Summit focused on the following topics as they relate to circumvention technology: user interface and design, wireless mesh networking, and surveillance and censorship in Europe.
